My Queen Room was spacious and had a comfortable king bed, but I expected a better view from the window, as it didn't match the photos. I'd definitely choose this place again!

Sadly, the air conditioning was too hot during my stay, making it uncomfortable at times. I had to wait longer than expected to check in, which was a bit annoying after a long journey. Despite these hiccups, I truly enjoyed my visit and appreciated the charming atmosphere of the hotel.

Inadequate customer service during check-in!!! Small room sizes combined with high prices!!! The bar's drink prices felt astronomical compared to local spots!!! Issues with hot water availability during peak hours need addressing!!!

the hotel was super clean and in a great location, the staff were really amazin, we got a free room upgrade even tho we thought it was for my wife's bday. breakfast was perfect too, a lot of variety.

the checkout took longer than expected and the bar was always packed with no staff to serve us properly.
